1901 designs, builds, installs and services Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, and plumbing systems for commercial, industrial and residential applications. For over 100 years, 1901 has built a solid reputation on doing the job right the first time.

1901 is a union contractor with ongoing labor agreements with steamfitters, plumbers, and sheet metal workers. These unions give us the manpower and training we need to provide staffing for projects of all sizes. 1901 currently employs 180 people and will generate over $40 million in annual sales.

We utilize every possible technology and innovation to maximize value and reduce costs including the latest computer estimating, job costing, scheduling and drafting systems. 3D drafting of mechanical systems, sending and receive drawings and specs via email, and staff dedicated to producing up-to-date O & M manuals make it possible for 1901 to keep all stakeholders well informed during planning and production phases.
