1901 designs, builds, installs and services mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial, industrial and institutional applications. For over 100 years, 1901 has built a solid reputation on doing the job right the first time.

1901 is a union contractor with ongoing labor agreements with steamfitters, plumbers, electrical, sprinkler fitters, operators and sheet metal workers. These unions give us the manpower and training we need to provide staffing for projects of all sizes. 1901 currently employs over 400 people and will generate over $130 million in annual sales.
