Valley of Our Lady – New Catholic Monastery | 1901 Inc. partnered with the General Contractor and the design team to furnish design and installation of new automatic wet and dry fire sprinkler systems for the 52,921 square foot monastery. The new building will provide for the current and future community of Valley of Our Lady Monastery and includes a chapel for nuns and guests; quarters and parking for guests; living, working and other liturgical and ceremonial spaces as well as an altar bread production facility.
1901 subcontractors and field crews installed a 15,000 gallon indoor water storage tank in the basement, a new horizontal split case fire pump, 4 wet sprinkler systems and one new dry sprinkler system with nitrogen generator. Over 1100 sprinkler heads were installed in this facility.
