Hickory Hills Academy | A new 2-story private school with a gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, conservatory, music classroom, art classroom with a kiln, makers space with a 3D printer, and other classroom spaces. 1901, Inc completed the job with full MEPF design-assist team. We partnered with Vogel Builders (GC) and Iconica (Arch/Engineers) to deliver a great end product to the Dahl family to expand their Hickory Hill Academy Campus. Electrical installed a new 277/480v 1200amp electrical service from Alliant Energy. New LED lighting throughout with a networked lighting controls system. We also installed DMX color changing lighting in the conservatory space. We also coordinated with the City of Madison streets department to improve the right-a-way by adding street lighting and relocating and extending an active fiber optic line.
